The holidays should be a time of relaxation, slowing down the pace of everyday life. It should not cause additional stress, obsessing over the amount of calories in every bite of food.
If you have the foundational knowledge of what it means to truly nourish the body, you can take this skillset and apply it to all meals and snacks, including those at the holidays.
This 4 part educational series is designed to educate attendees on the fundamentals of nourishing the body, including how to navigate healthy habits around the upcoming holiday season.
In order to benefit the most people possible, the classes will all be taught virtually. (Sign up using this link.)

Part 4: Healthy Habits for the Holidays
DATE: Nov 10, 2025 6:15-7:15 pm. PDT

We walk through how to build a healthy plate at the holidays, mindful eating, how to tune into hunger-fullness cues, and other nutrition tips for navigating eating and maintaining health goals around the holidays.
Most importantly, I want you to be able to feel your best both mentally and physically so you can stay present and enjoy what matters most: spending quality time with loved ones, rather than obsessing over calories and food choices.
Class Format & The Importance of Goal Setting
Each class will begin with a presentation on the given topic, include guided goal setting time, and wrap up with Q&A at the end.
